An elegant look in a dark red, tone on tone design of roses.
The skirt has three ruffles starting midway and coming up in
four points creating a wave affect. The ruffles on the skirt
and blouse as well as the bottom of the skirt are trimmed with
black ribbon and lace. The blouse is a peasant blouse in your
choice of round (A) or V-neck (B). A belt and man's tie are
