The silver stars are on a royal blue background with silver sparkles
scattered over the fabric. The style has the top ruffle coming
to a point in the front and back with side ruffles and ruffles
around the bottom of the skirt. The ruffles are trimmed with
silver ric-rac and silver braid. The blouse has the same ruffles
on the neck and sleeve. Belt and man's tie is included. Blouse
