Construction of petticoats is 3 to 6
tiers, depending upon length, with batiste top and hand-drawn
elastic. Determine your length by measuring your finished skirt
length from the bottom of the waist band to the bottom of the
skirt.
NO HALF SIZES PLEASE. Add $15.00 to price for all slip
lengths over 23".
